In true contemporary marketing style, the forthcoming ‘Grand’ Bentley is being drip fed to the World in bite size promotional chunks. At least, we are assuming there is an entire car to follow – the bonnet looks nice but won’t go very fast on its own.
Bit of a Bentley
Bentley, some may argue, have a difficult job on their hands.. taking one of the most luxurious brands in the World forward in the face of financial and environmental pressures. However, high end purchases have often stood well regardless and it’s likely Bentley are taking the initiative and developing long term product positioning strategies to ensure continued success.
In particular, we believe there is a hybrid drivetrain on the horizon. Bentley, as part of Volkswagen Group has access to extensive engineering resources and may be the first top-tier manufacturer in their stable to offer a hybrid product. We look forward to more information.
